Girls' Education

TEMBO’s commitment to secondary school education is at the heart of our mission.

Micro-Business Opportunities

Small loans have a significant impact in the lives of marginalized women. TEMBO currently has over 136 women in a micro-finance loan program and supports three goat projects in very traditional communities.

Longido District Learning Centre

The Longido District Learning Centre provides informal education programs for all members of the Longido District community.

TEMBO believes in the power of education and the ways in which education can transform communities.

Academic Support

TEMBO recognizes that, if adolescent girls are to have any real chance of finishing secondary school, they need more than a school uniform and toiletries.
